How to make excellent item from others items ?

Example.. i take 20 JoC(Jewel of Creation) to Vault Keeper + (Bone Blade) item (without excellent) and then after 1 hour, will be Bone Blade excellent item.

How do I set up it on server?

It is any Mu Bot or any file (.ini, .cfg) or what ?

i dont understand how u need that to happen , u put the 20 JOC's on vault and the non exc bone blade with it . then what happens?

after XX Hours(example 1 hour), then will be bone blade excellent, and the 20 JoC disappear.
