How to make one class be able to use other class skills?

For example, ME using Soul Barrier or Evil spirits?

I managed to config everything on client and server side, but it still doesnt work the character cannot perform the skills like the screenshot below my bk cant use the triple shot skill

i already configured the skills.txt in Data\lang\kor but it still doesnt work he cant use the triple shot skill...

and my elf cant learn the skills.

Skill.txt and Skill.bmd must be edited.
Also some skills must be edited through dissambler

I think there are more to do, and may be some character don't have animation.
Is there any guide or any ebook about dissambler ? or topic a discuss this ? Link me please
