How to make same socketed option?

Hi Is it possible to put a seedsphere with same option like 5% reduction 5x. in weapon.. because in MUmaker it is possible but ingame you this is what happen when you try to make same socket option.. see the picture below..

My opinion i think only GM can make same opt ! But I will try to make to see it`s working and I will share my config if will work !

the game prevents us by doing it cuz its by default unless u can change the restriction by either modifying it via coding or some sort...

(i've been looking for this feature on premium files...)

you cant do that in NPC, but you can do that in MuMaker
