How to make subserver in another PC ?

I need help to make subserv in another PC.
Main server is in my friend PC and i want make subserver what use his SQL Databases.
Like if i reg on site Id:user & pass: user and if im finished i can enter with this account in my friend and in my PC server.
Can someone make me a guide?

Is it even possible. I want use DB from another comp ? :S
