How to open .bmd and .dat files in client

hi guyes plz if any oone have programs for these files give me link :*

.bmd files can be opened with this tool here:
www.editor.muservices.org
choose which File and open it :)
.dat files can be opened with notepad i suppose?

thanks :* notepad doesnt support .dat
