How to open port 80 for apache

I am new in this area with mu servers and webs and i get an error from apache that port 80 is used or something ... and cant use http:/localhost/install/... can you give me some info about it something like how i can open it or i dont know :)

I have made it guys but now my web page gives me error when i create acc and cant create admin acc too...

Most ISPs will not allow access to port 80. Change it to something else and port forward it if you have a router
