How to set Castle siege every 24 hours ?

so just wondering if any know how to make it every day on easy way.

Yes i did read that already, but nothing.
the personal who post as fixed , not show any guide how he did.

Another thing ,
where to edit ring of warior level 80 ?
there is nothing drop in default setting

using TT server file.
