how to set xp party

Hello guyz,

How i can set Xp Party, i got server s6 ep3 with scfdata. and xp it's 30%, and i want to set party xp, cuz right now it's like this>
Example:
1 player = 10.000 xp (on one mob)
on the same mob:
2player's = 7.500 xp
3player 7.000
4 = 6.000
5 = 5.000.

How i can do to be ok? i want to grow up the xp..not to be low.. (and it's not same class of charaters)

I guessing they use this method:
If standard exp is 1000
Party of 3 person is 3000
As also its 4 is 4000
And so on

Its divided equally
