HP Bug

I noticed about this bug earlier in game, while another player is hitting me my HP is like set to auto hp, I don't know why. I didn't even use potions to heal nor regenerate my HP. I am using tt 11.11.82 server files.. can someone please help me config. this?

because HP show maximum 65K on screen but if you have much vitality its 2x 65K or more, then its recovery again 65K later 0

No, I tried it with a party. HP heals automatically I dont know if its a bug or need to config. Please help
