i cant see server in-game (S5)

im using Karli guide + files to do season 5 server and i have this problem
i cant see the server :

Check your ConnectServer>Data>SCF_Serverlist
and make sure you put your "Globalip" there or No-Ip like this one

0 0 "Noip" 55901 "SHOW"
0 19 "noip" 55919 "HIDE"

and Go to Data>MapServerInfo Check if you put your Globalip/noip also like this one

Open C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
then you will see this one

127.0.0.1 localhost
yourip/noip yournoipdomain.orgwhatever <<<< Add your Wan/Global/noip here

Open it by Notepad then save it..
