check your IP.maybe you got wrong setup..go to tutorial section so you can see where you should put the IP`s correctly.

the most problem for that is 2 :
1. JoinServer - almost 20% is from him
2. GameServer - 80% is from him
other stuff that can make it is gates teleportation
