look at the screen u've posted ... its clearly said where is the problem :). Even the directory is there(the ending part of your error).

This error occurs when MapServerInfo.dat have two part : the first one for server codes and the second one for server move option, which used to move between normal server and CS server. If the first part is ok then check the second part, you got error because move option pointed to an unavailable server code.

use just other mapserverinfo.dat and edit ur ips and done
