Hello MU Community

I just wanna know..

-Setting up / configuring MU Season 4, Season 5 and Season 6 are same?
-Can i create / make a server test using Hamachi?
-Can i run my MU Server in OS Windows XP SP3 Pro Edition and Windows 7 Ultimate?

I've been playing MU Online since 2004 but switching into RAN and RAGNAROK, now i can dev or make my own RAN Online, but now i need to know how to setup MU.

Yes,everything is the same.Only there might be minor server file name changes and few more extra databases to restore (just follow instructionsfor your chosen server files).TitansTech S6ep3 files have slightly different way for installation

Yes,hamachi is a good idea for beginners,because it is much easier to launch server online and test files and only than when you see they work and you can connect to game you can start to configure things that complicate and mess server up like your router ports,firewalls and other stuff so players could connect to you

Yes,depends on what server files you use.In most cases there should be mentioned somewhere supported OS where your files were released,but the bigger % will work flawlessly on both of them.

It seems i don't see any Season6ep3 using SQL 2005 guide here T_T,

i think it is bad idea.all free season6 files have 1000 of bugs client and server side,unbalanced things,untranslated server configs and so on...

i really suggest for starters to use something simple,almost perfect and bugless to learn where are the files to edit items and in what place are the files for monsters,what does that config do and what does this setting do etc etc...and than if you will decide that you wan't messed up files and to solve never ending puzzle,than go ahead and use latest season6 files and be prepared to fix 100 bugs just to exit lorencia town
