First of all i'm about positive the video was sped up. And second of all if ur using a low end pc and can't get good FPS in a game like MU its time for a upgrade.

Third use a game booster to get better performance like WTFAST And Razer Cortex.

Well then u have to speedup all maps object animations, but character will stay the same
