I need to create a subserver work with a different database in one pc

Well hello everyone, I am needing your help to solve this problem which I do not know how to solve since the guides I've found have not given me a specific basis for what I do. (Bueno, hola todos, estoy necesitando su ayuda para resolver este problema el cual no sé cómo resolver ya que las guías que he encontrado no me han dado una base específica para lo que quiero hacer.)

As written in the title of the topic I want to convert subserver an independent server with its own database but on the same PC. (Como está escrito en el titulo del tema quiero convertir el subserver en un server independiente con su propia database pero en la misma PC.)
