i recommend you to use the update IA Julia release files , this is non updated and ofcourse there are problems,bugs etc.

It's emberising what u say here omg read all the topics about files before you ask stupid idiothic questions. First of all, serial is 22656, second of all for that mesage check in GameServer NEWS SYSTEM.If it is not there check in client as well, text.bmd or something like that.Just use the freaking search button dude....

Stop using this "S#its" of applications.
All what you need ,for example is : HEX NEO EDITOR ( or a simple hex editor)
and change your ip/serial manual! don't copy & paste
