IGCN main_107X_crk1CS.exe disconnect
I've not set up an MU server since 0.99+ so I'm kinda rusty, ;).
I've gotten the server running successfully with the server files, but the main_107X_crk1CS.exe disconnects as soon as it hits the server select screen after the loading is complete ('You have been disconnected from the server').
I'm just trying to set it up locally on my PC so I changed all IPs to 127.0.0.1, and used maincracker to adjust the IP on the main_107X_crk1CS.exe to reflect this, but I still get disconnected.
Can I not use the local 127.0.0.1 IP address everywhere and need to use something like Hamachi to get a spoof IP to use to connect the servers to?
Thanks for your time.

Re: IGCN main_107X_crk1CS.exe disconnect
use no-ip.com
also use everywhere 127.0.0.1 as IP except
at data\iplist use
127.0.0.1
Your Wan IP [No-ip]
also on mapserverinfo
and lang\data\kor\commonloc.cfg\
and at connectserver\serverlist.dat
good luck
dont use no-ip with " - "
it wont work.

Re: IGCN main_107X_crk1CS.exe disconnect
Hmm, it still isn't working for me.
I used no-ip to make a 'xxxx.servequake.com' and updated the 127.0.0.1 in IPList, commonloc.cfg and mapserverinfo, and used maincracker again to add 'xxxx.servequake.com' to the main, but it still disconnects after the client is fully loaded. It is the client provided as a working one with the server files so I'm not sure where I've gone wrong. The only error in the GS is the CastleSiege date and such but I thought it'd run with that problem still, or does that need to be fixed first?
So what I've changed is as per your information:
Data/IPList = xxxx.servequake.com
Data/lang/Kor/commonloc.cfg = xxxx.servequake.com
Data/mapserverinfo.dat = xxxx.servequake.com
These files did not have a separate CS, it's bundled within the DS/GS, and I couldn't locate the serverlist.dat.
I did notice in the GameServer provided that inside the folder is a Data folder with another serverinfo.dat, which has the server name as FIVELAT-LV-0, should that be changed to be the server name I have locally? Or is that simply for naming the server in the game.

Re: IGCN main_107X_crk1CS.exe disconnect
dont use maincracker for this
use hexeditor cus on main.exe there are 2 IP's which u have to change.

Thanks, I've not dabbled with a hex editor before, but I've opened main.exe with XVI32 and found the other 127.0.0.1 to change, am I fine to just select the 127.0.0.1 squares and start adding the xxxx.servequake.com, or is there a specific way I need to insert values?

I clicked each part of the 127.0.0.1 and typed in the no-ip address (anaphylaxis.servequake.com), and the main.exe crashed my computer, lol. Perhaps I'll start with the fresh copy of main.exe and see if it still crashes.

Re: IGCN main_107X_crk1CS.exe disconnect
why dont u use the normal main.exe and not the crk1CS.exe ?
i could run on friend's server even with my 1.07.08 client from my season 5 guide
use the normal main.exe
going to sleep now will help u again later.

Re: IGCN main_107X_crk1CS.exe disconnect
Tried hexing the normal main.exe, replaced 127.0.0.1 and the other one (cs.muonline.in.th) with anaphylaxis.servequake.com, the client didn't crash this time but I still got the disconnected from server error as soon as the client finishes loading, :/.
I can attach my main.exe as well as my configs if you'd like in another reply to check that everything is set?
And okay, sleep well, thanks for the continued help, :).
