I'm using TT server files and have tried adjusting SCF_Items.ini, but can't get the drop rate to change. I have been running a server and playing on it for over 10 hours and not seen a single exc drop with the following config:

Incorrect. I have found the solution to this. Recent Titan Tech Releases have exc drop rate listed where I posted above. I found out that this value must be anything betweeen 1 and 100. Anything over 100 results in no exc items dropping.
