Infinity arrow duration

Can somebody tell me excactly where to change the duration of infinity arrow skill? |Files : Titans Tech 1.07.65|
Someone told me already that i can find the folder here
-->C:\MuServer\SCFData\SCF?Skill.ini, but we dont have a folder like this xD. Hope somebody can help, thx

oh well if you dont have it then you use some other server or you miss some files

we have this file, but there is no infinity arrow shown :/ elf buffs def,dmg, and summon orbs are there, but we cant see any " infnity arrow " there :// hope u can help #
