install mu web 0.9

i have this error when i try to istal mu web 0.9 :

Object not found!

-i use xampp.
-if i use my ip / i see the website but when i try to install it shows me that error :|
-first i tryed to instal mu core 1.0.6 and http:// myip/instal.php worked after this i tryed to install muweb 0.9 and with mu web 0.9 and other webs not worked:|

dont use your Global or local ip when you installing leave it on the 127.0.0.1 ip just config everything else

Try Karli's muweb guide, it dosnt need zendoptimizer or anything :).
Its easy to setup.
