installing xampp

hello guys,,i install muweb using xampp 1.7.3 version.. my problem is,,when i run the control panel,, when i click the admin,,nothing happen,, already start both..apache and mysql.. can someone teach me? i also tried the http://localhost/install.php and http://xampp/muweb but it wont work.. then when i click the apache when i start it..nothing happen,,it wont run,,.. :S

my website is running.. but i just dont know how to forward to public... by using mywebsite.com... im using dot.tk but i dont know how,,can someone help me ? :S
