MU does not fully work with windows 10 yet. well s8 e2 or ex902 don't yet.

try reinstalling your graphic drivers, also u can try changing resolutions and see which might get your issue fixed.
I reinstalled, I have Intel(R) HD Graphics Family . Which resolution do you think will work? :(
Not sure which resolution, althought the intel HD Graphics family sounds like not as an external graphic card ? like intel integrated, maybe thats the issue, althought im not sure muonline doesnt need anything super to run, u can try different resolutions mate, also try Full screen too and see results, u need to find out :D

well someone has similar issue and he has
so u can try to reinstall DirectX packages 10 and 11 .
before you press game start, go to settings and change resolution to normal full screen, and try also without after the directx reinstallations., see if that helps.
also you can try to find your graphic driver manager or menu or panel and add exception or something to MUONLINE maybe to run in full performance.

How to uninstall DirectX ? I tried fullscreen and it's not for my resolution. I didn't found "add exception" or sth like this :( Can you help me by teamviewer?

simple way to open the graphics panel from the taskbar at the right somewhere right click and go to some options and see if u got options to add exceptions, else you might need other program to customize the game performance on ur pc.
I have windows 8.1 !
I cant install another DirectX . I clicked on Graphics Options an look what appears. :) No exceptions :(
what about Options and support on the panel?
like also in 3D on the panel you will see performance right? can you post screenshots with the options or video?
also in power show us what potions u got maybe u have to use power on pc or something to use more performance.

yes restart ofcourse as many times as it requires.
it doesn't require but I restarted and nothing changed :(

1. use windows 7 atleast.
2. use this program and try to make it run in best performance or something:

PS: I clicked on UPDATE after it requires restart, I restarted and entered game and nothing changed :(

Well what scan shows and means that your pc is not updated ?
is that true? maybe thats all the issue that you need windows update from the normal update feature, like 'Windows Update' on search and try to see if it finds anything there, sorry mate but i cannot on that occasion, i have nothing to check in your pc, my self i haven't experienced this exactly yet so yeah... what else can u do, change OS or maybe try running your game in launcher with higher graphics options like 32bit if u have that option, else i would try to download season 3/4 client from random server and check in game if u have issues, if still issues even on season 2/3/4/5/6 then prolly u might need to install other version of your inttel hd graphics thing, if u can do that?
I have problems with s7-8,9,10 :D in rest its ok.
Have you tried upgrading to windows 10 that could help as well. I use win 10 and didn't experience this problem.
a lot of people has ran into this problem none has found a solution.
Your best chance change graphics card. Or try changing your OS.

Yeah i can understand.. well go check if u can find other version of your graphic card driver, and uninstalll yours, restart PC, then install other driver (not same one you have now) go to add and remove programms and see the version of your intel hd graphiccs driver, then search 1 earlier previous version and install that and re-check.
