maybe problem on your ports?
open port 44405 and 55901 then check on canyouseeme.org if they are opened..
how to open?
go to start>cmd.exe > write ipconfig and copy the default gateway ip and write it on url and enter.. login with admin details and go to portforwarding open the port numbers on udp and tcp.
check ports if open only when ur server files are running.

if you have New domain or if change config's to your domain its take a time to Done for all ppl, your configs not %100 completed for all DNS
Also;
some players cant connect game for domain's DNS problem cause i think you edit your main with www.
