Is it possible to create an item with same buy and sell value?

Is this possible?
For example a "100.000 zen voucher" that you could buy on a shop for 100.000 but also sell it on a shop for the same amount.
Any ideas how this could be done? :)

The first link looks like a very useful method,
but I'm using IA Julia 4.6 (which is gs 1.00.90),
so the offsets on that code won't do for my gs :/
