item drop rate??

i put an ss from commonserver.cfg There is exp rate option but i couldnt see item drop rates/jewel drop rates... There are medal drop rates, box drop rates etc but i need to know jewels drop rate importantly... And what is itemdropper=16 there? Thank you and have a nice day..

itemdropPer is the drop rate of your server... about jewels how to say it right .. its a custom a lot of server files has this as option which generally can be found in gameserver folder or in the custom folder of the files( scf, mmt....). If you say what server files you use it might help.
