item lvl 380-disable

Hi, I have the problem of item condition, I had 380lvl. Do you know where and how to eliminate this condition? We read here that it is the client in item.bdm. But I do not know where to find it, and the more open the file to be read to.

i have S4 version.

Change the levels of items from 380 to 0. That should help.
