Item Tooltip (name, etc)

I'm using a client version 1.04.04d, and my Dark Horse/Dark Raven have no tooltip in shop. I manage to add a tooltip to these items inside a player inventory by editing itemToolTip_eng.bmd, but I'm confused where to edit it to work in shops also.

Other thing is that some items have differ names when on ground and when inside a player inventory. How can I edit these things? I mean, shop/ground/player inventory? Which files?

Okay, I understand how to change tooltip from items on ground and in player inventory... but how can I fix tooltip from items in shops
