This is not an error.
The Join Server just it is not running.
Try to run through an shortcut, like this:

is not freeze, you see Parameters for 7 (JoinServer.exe)
it says /p55970 /ca127.0.0.1 /cp5555
change that cp5555 to cp55557 from the startup config,
and recheck
