Joinserver Connect Fail

Hello, i got S3E1 server files and when im starting MUServerStartUP by Sky Team.
GS CS is Running... and nothing happens. GS is after GS CS.

When im starting GS CS or GS manualy by shortcut it gets me: JoinServer Connect Fail

Whats wrong ?

make sure your joinserver is running

Yes, my joinserver is running.
I changed some ports and GS CS has ran, but GS didnt. Error was something like:
Ranking Serveri(Korean/Japan/China symbols here)
IP i wrote in :/

make shortcut of joinserver and put ports on it then run it with serverstartup ( link it first on startup.txt )
