Level Barrier and Stadium Respawn

Hello guys, I come to you with 2 problems. I've searched the forums over and over, but couldn't find anything conclusive about any of these.

1. We seem to have come across a level "barrier" or something like that. Meaning that if a someone levels up to, let's say, 374 or so, when they log out they return to 370. Nothing in their inventory changes, except they get teleported to Lorencia. This problem hasn't occurred before, only after a server wipe.

2. How can I, if it can be done, change the respawn location for arena deaths. Right now, if you die in Arena, you respawn in the exact same place, which isn't particularly good for Anti-AFK-ing :). Got any idea how I could change it to Lorencia or at least the beginning of Arena ? Maybe without having to recode the GS ?
