Level caped at 10 and progess of level invisible

Level caped at 10 and progess of level invisible , and do not obtain any level up points , i have edited Charecter.ini so that players could gain 25 points per level and even if they hit level 10 they dont gain any points . (You also cant see if you level up just 1st level untill relogin shows up as 10 and with 0 points )
Here is the screenshot of my configuration .
So this is my problem and my question could be , are there any more files i should edit ?

dont understand, what u want the points to be after 1 lvl = ?

that means every level = 100 points - change to 25 points and re-test ?

No you did'nt understand what I ment ... Afther gaining 10th level I cant level the charecter up anymore , does'nt give xp and points even up to level 10 are not gained for some reson that I could not understand .

Links to screenshots . 1st I farm a bit than I see that my level is 1 and nofthing happens . 2nd I relogin and see my level has increased to level 10 and with 0 points (duno why) . 3rd I try to farm and the charecter xp does'nt go up, the level does'nt go up and thats my problem .

okay.. well lets try this
go to SQL>Databases>muonline>tables>open all rows of DefaultClassType -> change level 10 for all characters to 1 and save (execute/close) and then it will teleport new characters to lorencia, add some mobs in normal lorencia or use this monstersetbase HERE and test if it gives exp.

Still no luck , the xp does'nt go up ,even if there level is 1 and map lorencia

my friend u did some wrong configurations.. i remember the files and leveling up is working perfectly, try to use original files again without any changes on configs and then if it works means u did something wrong somewhere, so then u can test 1 by 1 the configs u changed untill u find the issue.
