Login Freezes after 1-5 days running GameServer

I see this errors in GS LOGS:

Connection Closed, dwIoSize == 0 (Index:8179)
18:55:22 (8179)logout : [192.168.0.1]
18:55:25 connect : [8180][192.168.0.1]
Connection Closed, dwIoSize == 0 (Index:8180)
18:55:25 (8180)logout : [192.168.0.1]
18:55:25 connect : [8181][192.168.0.1]
Connection Closed, dwIoSize == 0 (Index:8181)
18:55:25 (8181)logout : [192.168.0.1]

This error is shown when somebody try to connect. But LOGIN freezes.Players who are online can play but after restart they lose their level.

I have second server with same Server files ( CDF 4.5 +mod) and
i have the same united connect server ( bor ) for both server (high and low)
My "Trouble Subserver" is installed on VMWare5.5 under Windows XP SP3

I don't know what to do with this problem , i cant understand from what moment it starts.

what is ur service pack of ur pc?
i would upgrade it or change it .

also be sure u have installed ,net framework visual studio 2008 c++ etc

Visual Studio 2010 installed net framework 2.0 3.0 3.5 4.0 all installed)

Windows XP SP3

I have BOR connect server with bought Bor Anticheat , and the main server on another computer work perfectly, so connect server is not a problem

It's probably the OS :)
