Anyone Can help me with a Big problem

I have been working on Setup a mu server But alsmot when i try new files i get This error on Gameserver....LoginServer Connect faild..
If anyone can help me it would be greatfull

go to startup.txt and put everywhere for ip's "127.0.0.1"
also on data\iplist.cfg there too

make sure your joinserver.exe is not deleted/remove by your antivirus ( most JS is detected as virus)

or make sure your joinserver is running correctly without errors.

Check the ports and make shortcut of GS ex: " C:/Muserver/Gameserver.exe yourIP 55970 yourIP 55960 55901 and 55919 for CS.
and if u dont use loopback use ur local ip ex. 192.169.0.x
