Lucky Item | Repairs +1 durability, disappears after relogin

Error L3 while exchanging lucky item (Lucky ticket -> Lucky item) (in this case: Antique)
If you repair, durability goes up 1 point.
After logout and login, the luck item disappears.

Anyone knows lucky item configuration files I don't know about? (Below I posted the lines I do know about)
I can't find anything about Antique items neither. (in other server I played, lucky items had different name)

since your screen shows only luck and add+16 means it wont give u 7 options right?
also can you give the itembag of your lucky coin items?

This is my problem. I can't find any EvenItemBag for Lucky tickets.

Yeah thats the config file you need to edit your items but im not sure why you got those items there.

Can remove 2 Lines and leave only 1 and change it to a specific item code and restart your server to test if it will appear?
so if it wont then its the wrong file , if it will then you will have to put more items there and change their codes
for example 14 14 13 1 1 1 1 1 1

Lucky coins != Lucky items

Lucky coins:
You can trade 10/20/30 coins for an item from npc Delgado.

Oh yeah , sorry for the confusion brother i dont play those higher versions that much.

So lucky items are the items from SCFData\Events\SCF_Lucky something?

change the luck percent to 100
max option to 3
and min level to 9 maybe.
also jewel max durability success to 100 just for tests and look if there is any difference made.
