Lvl 3 wings for 2nd class

Hello everyone..I want 2nd classes to can use lvl 3 wings.
I removed 3 rd class and quests from server and i want players can use lvl 3 wings as Blade knight,Soul master etc..

I edited in Item.txt server side to can be weared by second class but still cant wear them as Blade knight.. I think is client side.

so anyone know where to edit ?

Yes, you need to edit item.bmd same as item.txt.
