Mace Of king problem

Hi all my MuOnline version is 97d + 99i
and my mace of king no have skills
how to fix this problem and how to add skills ?

This is my Main and item.bmd/item.txt/skills

[2009x2014]

check item(kor).txt / or item.txt (server side) of mace king and check if have skill

for example
X< number 0 22<< cyclone(skill) 1 << skill 4 1 1 1 "Mace of Boobs"

same client side in item.bmd (find tool to edit it)
