There is no PubliC stable Ex700 server files. probably u are using SmallHabits Dead project Files.

try to install 2008 VS redistributable or framwork this kind shit will fix your problem or try on W7/64bit.

Im sorry but there is never gonna be good release of ex700 files or ex702 files cracked!

It hasn't happen in years probable wont ever happen unless IGCN or Zteam releases it for free!-Good Luck With That

@Fet0s if your planning to build a server i recommend trying season 6 episode 3 theres a lot of release here in ragezone
ex700 is a waste of time i have ex700 plus files built into ex702 which i might release soon but there pretty buggy so anyways good luck :)

Doubt it dude i had to many coders look over the files they couldn't do nothing to make the files better and i said i might release it so yel....

and also belive there is no public ex700+ files because Webzen keep relasing shi.ts now ppl waiting for MU2 that why no free coderz working on ex700.
