make patcher using filezilla

Anyone can give me guide how to make patcher in filezilla or how to use this filezilla to make my own ftp files to patch my launcher!

I dont want to use launcher like thor or any kind like this patch out there...

I only want to know is how my patcher patch and extract the file by patcher in client folder using filezilla.
There is one annoying me! In filezilla my patcher patch this ini SERVERVER.ini i dont know why this file need on filezilla? I make empty ini then he only extract is this SERVERVER.ini in client folder not all file i put in filezilla.. :(
