Make server work for others pc's

Hey Ragezoners.

I finished to make my server, and I would like to make it work
on others computers..
Where do I change Ip's and to which Ip?

How do you "finish to make your server" when you have no idea about "which Ip" or "open an good port" not "an wrong one"?
Maybe you ask for the client? You want others to connect with the client main to your server?
Or you want to open an server in some other PC?

I already edited the ip in main.exe.. I want to make it work on other pc's ( and not to make it on another one).
And by the way.. in few many guides they told to change ip in link 4 and 8..
I have only 5Links... so how can I do that ?
