Monster ID => Orange
Map => Red
Radius => Blue
X1 / Y1 => Green
X2 / Y2 => Brown
Amount => Violet

If you set the radius to 5, monsters will take place at five-ordinates.
If set to 0, will be in one place.
try 1 then, thats the minimum = 1 coordinate = stay there.. BUT, if you attack monster it will move, plus there are some special monsters that move by their selfs atleast 1 coord ifu put 1.

And if that does work just use that line of code.
well DragonSeth gave you rad = 5 = 5 coords which is logical that mobs will move.
1 thing to keep in mind if mobs get attacked they will move...
if u put 1 and reload and not attack they should NOT move.
