I'm noob but I have recently finished setting up my server so I will try to help.
1. Don't use 127.0.0.1 as all your IP's, use LAN or other IP. Hex edit the proper IP and serial into main.exe.
2. Ensure that you have your IP written in all of the required locations in your server files
Ok aldriana04 make sure you open ports in your router to and turn off your firewall so nothing is block.

This is useless if you followed KarLi video step from step.If you don't have ports open its your problem.

Try to put on HOST: 127.0.0.1 and retry
also your SQL password its not tutorials ?
