That's because your in a bad coordinate or stuck, try to contact administrator of your server and request to unstuck your character.
All maps are working properly, only one does not work
ps: Is my own server

what is wrong?
this seems ok, but what about the client are these match to the client? try to check your client MovReq.bmd
this 2 files below must be in exact match so you don't have the problem on warping.
Server Side: MovReq.txt
Client Side: Data>Local> MovReq.bmd
but in your case you got DC after warping to Tarkan this must because you are not running the GameServeCS!
do you have moveReq.txt and movereq.bmd? 100% fixed?
i deleted my season 6 server files here but i have a s6e3 client here try this MoveReq.bmd of my client if this is working to your files
