MMT Files assistance

I'm kind of stuck at MMT season 2 files. I keep not being able to make them run, at all!

*Concerning version 2.00.05 with Global client and main.exe patch provided within the post
I've tried absolutely Everything that came to mind, including:
running server via Loopback adapter (placed in all files)
running server via Local IP (placed in all files)
running server via Global IP (placed in all files)
even in simple offline mode, there was the same error that kept messing my style.
I keep having the "I can't see server box in login screen" problem and I don't know what to do about it anymore.
I've triple checked all the IP's and edited the client main exe serial to the one on page one and the version to 1.02.03 via the All version main editor found here:

I have to admit that the release seems incomplete. like there are files missing? Or maybe it's just my imagination.
ODBC is fine, 64 bits, WinServer 2k3 x64 w/ SQL2k SP4
PS: I've also tried SrTeam's Season 3 Episode 2 release, AND the Full season 4.5 Bugless release with the same results!
Any idea what could be wrong?
Maybe os incompatibility?
Not being able to play on these files is really driving me nuts

PSS: After doing some reading, I came to the conclusion that BoR 1.09 CS doesn't work well with the files. I added BoR CS 1.04 and everything is top notch. No more invalid host error, but still the problem isn't fixed.
