monstersetbase and a bunch NPCs all over the place - Repack Me 11.11.82 SESON 6 EPIZO

I'm currently using Repack Me 11.11.82 SESON 6 EPIZOD 3 + Guide and everything was going well until i went online to check the server and there were a bunch of NPCs all over lorencia and no monsters in the green areas, i tried modifying monstersetbase.txt but nothing happens... at first i was reading in the GS "Double Goer event is loaded no need for monster base file" or something like that, so i began to disable all events to see if it was forced to load monstersetbase but no success.

Need help plz

i have erased all bots but now there are no NPCs or monsters.... when i reload monster position in GS this is what it shows

and monstersetbase.txt not loading... really need help

I had this problem too with those server files. Went on to use other server and client files:

This server I got working, I can create accounts and characters, but when I double click characters to load the game, it keeps loading.
Didn't search for a fix on your problem.
