Msg Error and Move Not Working

I finished today installing everything for my server...First I had some errors while the MuStartUp was starting the server....The errors were "Skil file not found" and something like "message_wtf (chinese stuff)"
Then the server started up and inside the game the server msgs werent working...instead of showing the event messages and stuff it was only showing "Msg Error"...here is two pics:

Then I tried using M to go to the maps and they werent working...nor /move =/

Someone know how can I fix those problems?

im just going to say, make sure that you have your language set to 3, otherwise... make sure it is set to a language that is in the D:\MuServer\Data\Lang Folder of you server files, and you should not recieve these errors, Remember... if you want to set it to something else other then the Regular language that you started from, make sure u Copy the items in the folder u set the Language to, and paste them in the datafolder (Note: only the .txt Files) this should fix your problem, it fixed mine :P

Thanks guys...I actually did change the language so I think that might be my problem ^^
What about the moving??

this should also solve your Problem with the move. but if it doesnt... look at ure gate.txt n stuff like that :P

mm no its that, the client and the server isnt "syncronized"
you need edit the message_chs.wtf and change the lines that say
/warp
to
/move

I found out why...the server version I am using its not letting GM move =/
Normal players can but not GMs =/

ifs the version its 1.02q remenber the gm move with /gmove

if your using 1.02Q usually its /gmove name map# x y but otherwise its just /move name map# x y ... depends on the server files you are using for what the GM move Command is. what we did to get our Server to stop with that bug is... (Version 1.02Q) go into Commonserver, and change the /move number from 7 to 8.
