mssql_connect - Please Help

Hello ,I have some problem in my web/xampp/php i trynig to fix this problem alot time and i even try other verisions of sql or apache or php but nothing not working!

the problem is in my admin panel and in install DMN Webshop 1.6 ,Here is my problem in the admin panel:

i usenig:
SQL Server 2000
Xampp 1.7.4
PHP 5.5
DMN WebShop 1.6
MuCore

i allredy enable the mssql and i allredy delte the ; and chacked 5 times but nothing i not understand what i did worng i realy be happy if somebody please can to help me to fix this problem cuz i trynig alot time to fix this problem :(

did u tried apache stop/start?

I not understand , i have start the apache yes by clicking on the apache-start.bat .

xampp>php>php.ini > extension=php_mssql.dll (;<delete) after restart apache(stop/start) use xampp-control.exe
