Mu core 1.0.8 Vote&Reward

Hello guys, can anyone share Vote&Reward module for MuCore 1.0.8 ?
I found 1 here, but link was dead. So , i'am asking here. Please.

I added new site for vote, i go in user cp, click Vote Reward, There it is -> Click VOTE and this is what happands. Just empty and nothing happens.
(Is that right, that i created these tables in "master" database? Or it should be in MuOnline db ?
