mu core 1.0.8 admincp bizarre networks blank

hello today i've installed mu core 1.0.8 .
the steps run smoothly but when i want to enter my administrator panel
it's move my to a blank page like this:



so i tried to get to bizarre-networks.net but they
have a blank page to i think they went bankrupt or there web in renovation.
so if need some exchange admin panel except from there web panel.

You need to decode the admincp/index.php file, and remove the line that references their homepage. (Hint, it's a js script)
However, the file is encrypted with FOPO, makes the decode process difficult (I can only partly decode it, if I simply removed the script it won't work...), maybe you can post that file up to some decode websites and ask for help.
