Mu Core 1.08 Install Blank Page

So guys,this is what i got...i have followed exactely all the steps i had to do from the video tutorial.

Same Blank Page on Xamp 1.7.1;1.7.3 and 3.2.1 or what vers is the newest (doest matter).

I have been working on it all day,i can't figure it out.Mu web 0.9 gives me a lot of errors and hieroglifs on install.php,nothing is in it's place
