1. Download ioncube loader. (PHP Encoder, protection, installer and performance tools from ionCube: Loader Download)
2. Extract in C:\xampp\apache\bin.
3. Open php.ini (apache/bin), search "[Zend]" and add this line;
zend_extension_ts = "C:\xampp\apache\bin\ioncube\ioncube_loader_win_5.2.dll"
4. Reset xampp
5. GG

Test it and comment.
